This article will show you the way to set up a disconnection or reconnection of your bank integration.
Occasionally, problems may arise with the bank connection. This problem can usually be solved by disconnecting from the bank and reconnecting.
Disconnect your bank connection
To disconnect your bank integration, do the following:
- Go to Bank
- Tap More > Bank settings
- Press Disconnect
You are now disconnected from your bank. You can now reconnect to the bank.
Reconnect your bank
To connect your bank integration, please follow these steps:
- Tap Connect Bank
- Enter the confirmation code you received from AIIA via e-mail
- Select which accounts you would like to connect. You will then be redirected back to Shine’s website, where you will be asked to select your bank account corresponding to your bank account in Shine’s chart of accounts
- Click on Approve
You are now connected to your bank.
