This article will show you how to export your cash book from Shine to Excel.

If you need to print or export your cash book, you can easily do so in Shine. If you want to export it as a PDF, simply save the Excel file in PDF format.

Export the cash journal

In order to do so, follow those quick steps:

• Locate the cash book under Accounting > Journal
• Complete the accounting.

After you have posted but not approved the daybook, you can export the cash book:

• Click on More > Export (either .CSV or .XLS).

If you choose the .xls file format, you will receive an Excel file that may look like this:

You can easily correct this file and import it again (click on More > Import on the same page).
