The customer and supplier account card export feature allows you to see an overview of the invoices, bills, credit notes, deposits and payments you have had for your various customers and suppliers for a specific period.This also allows you to use the function to check whether all outstanding amounts with a customer or supplier have been settled.You can extract data for a single customer/supplier or extract data for all of them at once.&nbsp;<hr><h2>&nbsp;</h2><h2>Extract data for all suppliers and customers at once</h2><ul><li>Go to the Reports tab &gt; Data exports</li><li>Download “Customer account statement” and “Supplier account statement”</li></ul>&nbsp;<hr><h2>&nbsp;</h2><h2>Extract data for a single customer or supplier</h2><ul><li>Go to the Contacts details (Invoicing tab &gt; Customers)</li><li>Select a specific customer or supplier</li><li>Click on More</li><li>Select either Ingoing payment, Outgoing payment or Account statement</li><li>Choose the Period and the Export type (PDF, HTML, CSV, Excel)</li><li>Click on Export</li></ul>

In Shine, you can quickly and easily back up your entire accounting system.&nbsp;<hr><h2>&nbsp;</h2><h2>Transactions report</h2>Here you will get a zip file with all the transactions that have occurred in your accounts. This means that there will be a folder for each transaction number where the transaction has been converted to a PDF, as well as associated attachments for the transaction.To do so:<ul><li>Go to the Reports tab &gt; Data exports</li><li>Select All ledger entries backed up</li><li>Choose the Period and the Ledger entry type (All, Purchases, Payments, Invoices)</li><li>Click on Download</li></ul>Then the download of the backup will begin and you will get the zip file in transferred documents on your computer.&nbsp;<hr><h3>&nbsp;</h3><h2>Complete backup of data</h2>If you want to make a complete backup of all your data in Shine, you will also need to take the following extracts:<ul><li>Account statement</li><li>Entry journal</li><li>Items</li><li>Contacts</li><li>Balance list</li></ul>Or you can choose Export all data and click on Export as SAF-T.

This article will show you how to export your cash book from Shine to Excel.&nbsp;<hr>&nbsp;If you need to print or export your cash book, you can easily do so in Shine.
