If you're unable to log in, you can reset your password at any time. With Shine, you can easily create API keys so that your accounting programme can be integrated with other software programmes, such as a web shop or cash register app.<h3> Create the API token (access key)</h3><ul><li>Go to Settings </li><li>Select API tokens</li><li>Click on Create API token</li><li>Enter the name and description</li><li>Click on Create</li></ul>You can now copy the access key and use it in the programme you wish to integrate with.

You currently cannot delete your Shine account on your own. The process is handled manually by us, so we’ll need a short message from you to initiate the deletion.Before your account is removed, make sure to download and save any important documents – such as invoices or exported data. After the deletion, you will no longer have access to your account or any stored information.Once the process is completed, your access will be deactivated and the account will be permanently deleted.
