Password reset

If you're unable to log in, you can reset your password at any time. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account.

 

Resetting your password

  1. Go to the Shine login page.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter your login email address.
  4. Open the email we send you and click the reset link.
  5. Choose a new password and confirm it.
     


If you didn’t receive the reset email

 

Check your email address

Make sure the email address you entered is correct and doesn’t contain extra characters.

Check your login email

It’s possible that your Shine account was created with a different email (e.g. work vs. personal).

Look for your original “Welcome to Shine” email — it was sent to the address used during signup.

Check your spam folder

Password reset emails can sometimes end up in spam.

Mark Shine emails as Not spam to ensure future messages arrive normally.
