You currently cannot delete your Shine account on your own.
The process is handled manually by us, so we’ll need a short message from you to initiate the deletion.
Before your account is removed, make sure to download and save any important documents – such as invoices or exported data. After the deletion, you will no longer have access to your account or any stored information.
Once the process is completed, your access will be deactivated and the account will be permanently deleted.
