Yes. Shine lets you send both the structured e-invoice (e.g. XML) and a traditional PDF version for your client’s records.
No. At present, E-invoicing is required only for public-sector clients and companies working in B2B of a certain size. However, it will be introduced to other groups in stages over time. By 2028, all freelancers and companies in B2B will have to be able to send and receive e-invoices.
