With Shine, you can export an account statement for a specific customer in your customer database.
The account statement is an overview of payments and withdrawals on an account. This means that you can see how much a specific customer owes or is owed by your company.
The account statement can also be used to double-check whether it matches the invoices your customer has received from you.
Customer account statement export in few steps
On order to access to export the file, you have to:
- Go to the Contacts details (Invoicing tab > Customers)
- Select a specific customer
- Click on More
- Select Account statement
- Choose the Period and the Export type (PDF, HTML, CSV, Excel)
- Click on Export
